I didn't take it as being mean at all.

I reported fillups to true delta for about 10k miles and finally gave up. It doesn't track the average for your car based on total mileage, only averages based on the mpg per fillup and doesn't consider total miles driven or gallons put in. Thus, while it gives you things like driving conditions you can play with, the overall averages are incorrect. Filling up the tank with 1 gallon at 40 mpg and filling up the tank with 11 gallons at 20 mpg yields a 30 mpg average there.

My car's actual mileage and the mileage for it at true delta were 3/10 of a mile off at about 10,000 miles. True delta was reporting higher than actual mileage for my car. Michael Karesh and I exchanged emails about it.

End result? I don't put a lot of faith in the true delta mpg stats. They can very easily be inaccurate either high or low. Fueleconomy.gov has been right on the whole way with my car. I do continue to report service calls at true delta, though..

Thank you srellim234 the info you provided about your experience with truedelta is very helpful and will now be reporting to both sites.

It is also known in Europe as the Jazz . It was funny on Top Gear a BBC car show they compared the Honda Jazz/ Fit against the french version of the Versa and they concluded the Renault Modus was a better deal the the Honda Jazz.
Actually I think the Renault Modus is built on the same platform as a Nissan March (Micra)... Versa's platform is related with the Megane... not the Modus...

Nissan has also messed up with its QR25DE engines. Does that mean Nissan and quality should not be used in the same "sentance" ??

Let's get real - the Versa has been plagued with early growing pains, does it make it a terrible car? No. But any objective and mechanically inclined individual should recognize that every manufacturer has made errors. Some as just plain better that maintaining higher reliability/less problems per vehicle over time.
