After my last post about tire gauges, I'm wondering what emergency stuff you keep in your trunks other than spare tire, tire iron, and jack.

At the moment I have coolant, socket set, screw/ philip screw driver set, zip ties, wire cutter, hammer, pliers, vise grips, rope, gloves, first aid kit, small knife, and duct tape (from watching macgyver :) ). I'm probably going to be adding a tire pressure gauge soon and maybe jumper cables.

I also knew someone that sacrificed their spare tire for a sub woofers. Oh so i edited the title, so you can interpret it however you want

Emergency kit off a Mercedez Benz
Jacket in a bag...very tiny keeps me warm and dry if needed
Gloves...I don't want to change my tires with my bare hands...I am Man, I don't need another man to do this for me even if I can get it for free if I call the tow truck. (maybe when it's raining) :gapteeth:
Flash light
Dirty towel and detailing towel
Pencil and paper (note i said pencil, since their is no ink to dry up or bleed)

...my tire gauge is located behind my drivers seat for easy access, if you keep it handy. You tend to use it more often. ;)

I will not carry duct tape and zip ties since I might be mistaken for a kidnapper...LOL :gapteeth: ... :frown:

I have a toolbag in my trunk, with various sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, a grease gun, glass cleaner, and some blue shop towels.
I also have a couple quarts of Mobil 1 5w20, some washer fluid, jumper cables, a bunch of bungie cords, a Cadillac hat, and the car battery.

I keep a bank manager from Capital One. He tried to escape once, but I lured him back in with a free toaster offer and he's been securely strapped to my cargo net ever since.
