so as the title says for people that dont have large sums of money but ample time. post your low buck mods here i need some ideas anything from body to motor from porting to sound proofing from exhaust tones. this might be good if enough people post here to use as a learning tool to those that start with grass roots. other than that magic plastic rectangle in ther wallet.

Has nothing to do with performance but I think it looks better, All you need is a heat gun and some goo gone. Oh, you need hands too.

There aren't any cheap tricks. You just got to pay to play. I haven't seen one cheap car that didn't look cheap or drive crappy. I make enough to provide for my family and live comfortably, but I don't consider myself to have deep pockets and my parents are dirt poor.

I've been in the Army for too long, but I guess it's a good thing because I don't have to worry about the bad economy. Believe me, as broke as you are in college. You'll look back on it and realize how much more fun and how easy it was in college. So enjoy your free time right now, even though it doesn't seem like it.

Okay, I lied. Sleepy eyes:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcaLnkI5UmE

i agree with you, imo theres a difference between doing cheap things, and using cheap parts. i think you should save up for the quality parts you want, but theres a few cheap things you can do that make a difference
