so no t25 is not a direct bolt on

Well it is and it isnt.....u have to some how clock the compress housing a lil...can anyone give me an idea as to how i do that ...do i need to mess with inner c-ring clip ?

My t25 was a direct bolt on. Its just been ported and has bigger wheels.

Anywho Yes. you will need to either compress the C-clip or loosen up (loosen NOT remove) the bolts the hold the turbine housing to the CHRA then you will be able to rotate the compressor housing and CHRA as one assembly, but only a lilttle, make sure you do not bind the wastegate actuator.

did you search? or even look at the threads on the first page? i only ask because this was just recently covered and is still on the 1st page.

SR t25? thats what i used. i tried to c*** mine and it would not budge with the ring compressed,removed and with a rubber mallet banging on it. i tried installing it without cocking and it was fine.

were you able to reused your old lines or did you go SS lines?

Make sure when you guys are clocking these turbines (if it needs it) to clock the compressor housing only. If you clock the center section too much, you won't be able to get your oil inlet back on because it'll be too close to the turbine flange.

personally I just got some stainless lines, makes things much easier.

takamotorsports.com i think 180 for all the lines? Be sure to tell him that its for a ca18det because the oil feed from the block is different than the sr one.

they sell the single oil feed line at takmotor..u have to use the s14 ones....i test fites tehm at a buddys shop and the fit snug.....
