I may be wrong since it may be a completely different turbo than what im thinking but there should be about 6 bolts on the rear of the compressor housing. Loosen them all a bit and you will be able to spin the compressor housing freely. It doesnt really get much simpler than that.

there's a picture of the rear of the compressor housing seperated from the CHRA. You can see the bolt holes. That's what youre looking for

^^ There may also be a large c-clip also, so after you loosen the bolts, you'll need large c-clip pliers, and then the turbo will freely spin.

on the t25s its a snap ring/ C clip, i tried fitting mine before clocking it and it cleared. then i clocked it a degree and the wastegate actuator arm rubbed on the vacuum diaphram housing where it comes out the back.

Quick question. Does anyone have a picture of the c-clip and its location??

For the SR T25 I understand that they cannot 'really' be clocked considering the position of the wastegate diaphram. This is from a source who rebuilds turbos.

I just snapped a few pics for u guys. The C-Clip (some people call it a snap ring) sits on the back end of the compressor housing. Here's a pic:

here's a picture if the c-clip, the o-ring gasket tucked in the housing, and a penny to show u the size of the clip
