So my car got hit (need advice)

wow, thats no fooling around. Quick like a bunny that motor just jumped out all in once piece... downpipe and all. Did you keep the old KA handy or did you yank one out of a junkyard? Is that how your going to do the stock total out for the insurance company?

Hell yeah duct tape is your friend. It was to late to go get zip lock bags so I just wrote what bolts went where on the duct tape and wrapped them in the tape. My friend said he has a blown ka sitting in his garage so im gonna take that and wire it up, shove it in the engine bay and call it a day. I wish I had the old ka but a friend of mine needed it for a drift car him and his friend were putting together. That motor was blown as well but it would be convenient if I had it right now. Oh well, hopefully all goes well and I will be swapping this motor into another shell in a couple of days.

Thanks safxtacy, it was a fun car and I was only recently starting to get into the cosmetics, but oh well no point in crying over it I guess. I have been inspired by shane_lxi to do a white hatch so I hope that will be in my next sig.

Eh..i have seen better, but the fact that she hit me made her pretty damn unattractive. So in cave man language if it had not been for the accident I would have probably "hit-it" under different circumstances.

about a week 2 weeks ago a girl hit me...and i only got 1500 for my car and it totaled but! im keeping it and saving for a s14......even if u get in another wreck insurance wont do crap for u i think u should keep it....

one more thing...im not saying that all girls are bad drivers cuz there are alot that are good and not all dudes are good drivers..BUT!!!...girls seem to have a harder time driving most dont look, they hesitate pulling out, cut people off just mention a few (this is from my own observation from riding with my friends that are girls, and the dozen of girls that have almost hit me) but insurace is more for males under 24 why is that????????

I was hit on the passanger side in the same areas - have had a difficult time finding the parts - Would be happy to sell you the door, rear quarter panel and front panel if you are interested. The car is black and the pieces are in good condition. will be glad to send you pics if interested. I'm in NC.
