i was cleaning my car out and then i was using the ArmorAll Dash cleaning spray or whatever! and then i saw this effing crack right down the middle.

i wasnt happy well here are some pics. i know there is a thread on how to repair but i dont think i am. its a minor one. but i wasnt happy. i guess it cracked because how cold it is. well there is my perfect dash gone!!!

What year is your car that has a cracked dash? Do you use a windshield cover when the car sits in the sun? Is it ever garage kept?

I gotta say bro, I always use a tin foil looking windshield cover. The sun in the summer and the cold in the winter will eat your dash and the top of your steering wheel up bad! I use one religiously all season and they only cost around $10 at an auto parts store or even Wal-Fart.

There is a tiny crack in both the S13 and S14 dashes, both are inconspicuous. Im glad the S14 is sitting in climate controlled storage.

Flawless dash... then sub-zero temperatures arrived , now i have a crack right down the middle of the dash

From what it looks like in the pic that almost looks identical to mine.

I put a layer of vinyl resin back there where the cracks start.Hopefully it will hold it and never crack.

That sucks man, right after I bought my car I ordered the windshield screen that is specifically for the S14 from Courtesy Nissan in Texas, best $30 I ever spent in the form of dash protection.

+2, I was about to say the same thing.Armorguard or what ever its called = on your dash.Come on you should know this all ready, or at least should use window shade/blind when in sun. Armorall is F.A.I.L.Now you have an excuse to put in a S14 dash if you have S13.

ha DANG!! alot of peoples dash is cracking!! -i hate the cold. but i guess ill stop using it on my car. maybe some type of dash wipes?

but i went inside and told my dad i need a new dash(im out of a job) and he said am i supposed to buy it..
