There's a Drift Day almost every weekend. I figured the meet ends at 12, you can head up the 605 N and go there after.

I'm sure that I'm going to get flamed for this, but from the two drift events I've been to so far, have led me to conclude that drift events are kind of like supermarkets. That is to say, after you've been to one, you pretty much know what they're all going to be like (from a spectator point of view).

If you're actually participating and out there slinging your car sideways, then by all means... go on with your bad self.

Good point. If you're actually competing, I encourage it. This is just something a little different. Besides, D1 is the following week and I'm sure there's going to more of a turn out then, than on the 21st.

I already signed up and paid the registration fee. As far as drifting events go, I don't go unless I'm participating in it. With the exception of major professional events of course. I'd really hate to miss out on a canyon run, especially on PCH. Beautiful scenery and driving conditions. I'm always down to run, but drifting events don't happen everyday. And I could always go canyon carving whenevers..

Plus there will be a AE86 20th Anniversary show/meet along with DD13. So it should prove to be a good event, hopefully. You guys have fun and drive safe.

Hi all and thanks for your support. I recently checked the weather and it may rain Saturday and not Sunday (cloudy). If the weather is not favorable on Saturday, the meet will be held Sunday (22nd) or the next Sunday after D1GP (29th). Mark your calendars. Thanks!

Yeah it was pretty fun. It didn't rain after all. I figured I didn't want to keep people guessing, to just have it and whoever goes, goes. I'll organize another one in a couple of months when nothing else is going on. Thanks for those that came!:ylsuper

Hey All! 2 things, first, anyone wanting to roll to D1 from SD we are going to meet at the golden arches in Mira Mesa at around six a.m. Second, is anyone still interested in starting a car club? Some of us in SD are going to try and get it off the ground by summer.
