Money is seldom an issue with snow tires. It's SAFETY. If the snows wear, you buy another set because most folks buying snow tires aren't doing it for financial reasons. No tire is "like sticky glue" unless you put sticky glue on the tires. You seem to be ascribing your good driving habits to the tires. Snow tires don't make us safe. They give us an added margin of safety. How we drive in the crud is a heck of a lot more important.
