honestly dude... I'd say go and complete your suspension (i.e. tie rods, tc rods, rucas, rear toe.... at least) before you even consider getting an RB25.

I mean, you can have soo much more fun with full suspension and some kind of locking diff (welded or 2 way) than having 200+ whp

not only that, but once you have a somewhat complete suspension setup, your car can better handle more power...

I mean, I'm not trying to bag on you or anything, but I bet at this ride height, you're car handles like sh*t
I thought a low car had a lower center of gravity and handles the best maybe if he had skinny tires it would handle like sh*t but he's got some wide ones on there

car looks great, the anniversary Z wheels look awesome

I figure after going so low the car has no travel room thus making it bump around...at least thats my theory.

yeah, lower center of gravity, yeah, but you're suspenion arms have to accomodate to the ride height. The oem arms are designed to work and function correctly at stock height, so when you lower it a lot, it's effectiveness is reduced. I mean, you'd be okay with the height of the average lowering springs, but when you go super low with coils, the angle at which the tie rods are angled become more inclined (they are supposed to be parallel to the ground), resulting in less of a steering angle and it also adds bump steer (you know, when you hit a bump on the road, it gets hard to steer the wheel because it moves with the bump). Not to mention, rear camber gets so negative that tire to road contact is greatly reduced...

you can go as low as you want, as long as you have the adjustable arms to accommodate the low height

well, most newer coilovers are dual height adjustable now, not like old school ones

^ i see, well then like Adrian said-Finish up suspension and make the car ready for the rb25. I would recommend brakes as well to handle the added HP.

I have to say from my personal experience that 250rwhp on stock suspension is not very fun other than a straight line...just recently I have installed decent suspension mods like sway bars, and solid sway bar and TC rod bushings and I'm loving them so far

So i think i have changed my mind from RB25 to SR20...This will still be my daily, and RB25's are a little more high maintenance then the SR20, and its a direct drop in. So i think i'm going to do the SR swap. Seeing how i'm doing the swap myself, less of a headache. Even tho i have helped swap a RB25 into a S14, and a 2jz into a MK3. But still, i had help. Haha. I'm all on my own for this one.

I think you'll be waaaay happier with a rb25 later down the road, I'd say go for the big fish

plus a stock rb25 is definitely daily driver-worthy..the japs are daily driving theirs

because, both 5th and 6th gear is considered O/D gears. your going 80mph at like 2k rpm.

obviously, on city driving it doesnt get that good but you still get like 19mpg IIRC

Thanks for all your input. I'm not really looking to make CRAZY power. Just maybe 300-350hp. Just enough for a drift car.

But anyways, update!!! I posted a video of my exhaust cause i was bored. I'll post all my updates in the first post, that way it's easier.
