Probably with specific arm, leg and body motions and movement into particular body positions, I suspect.

Maybe a parachutist member of NICO could elaborate! :)

This above group does this with "normal" skydiving and have, I guess, just brought their technique indoors in the earlier links!

There are some things they don't try with live skydiving though (which they are able to do in the indoor wind tunnel more easily, I suspect!)
