I'll email Stillen this thread to see what they have to say. we'll see if they will stand behind their product and offer a free support bar fix/solution .

Hey guys, sorry about bringing an old thread back, but I'm having alot of issues with this sag on my fascia and was wondering if anyone can reupload the pictures or something. I went all over Albany and Rochester and no one has an idea of how to fix it. One guy even suggest that he would have to cut/section part of the grille so he can move it up to fix the sag. PLEASE HELP...its annoying the s*** outtah me.

My email is [email protected]. I got the metal support bracket out. Apparently the body shop didn't install it. But, the amount of pressure that needs to be applied onto the bumper to get rid of the sag seems enormous. Something that seems like a support bracket won't do. I also have issues like everyone else, the gap under headlights, the popping out issues. And no body shop can help. Anyone know a body shop that can help in upstate NY or Western NY?

I've never had this problem like a lot of you guys did. My fascia mounted up and in just nicely...with no sag...

DReed... Nice write up! It's about time you contributed something :chuckle:

Thanks Louis. I appreciate the email. Hey dangeris, were you sponsored by stillen? If so that's probably why u got the perfect fascia. After all, you're their model car to sell their product. If not then I do know why. Who paint and installed for u?

There might not be "sag," but your fascia is clearly not lined up with the hood line, which bends slightly upwards.

Do this fix and in will push the middle up to meet the hood. The gap will disappear.

UPDATE. I corrected the issue that cause that hideous sag. The shop who installed it for me didn't put the metal support bracket from the stock bumper into the new fascia. So I just did it myself to see if it corrected the problem - AND IT DID!!! :woot:

Here is a pic

The body shop was a prick. The guy their said he needs to charge me 250+ to section off part of my grille to bring it up to meet the hood. I told him no and that there would be not cutting for this fascia. All this, and all they could of done in the first place was FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS...f*** robbers :nono:

Nice! That looks perfect, I'm glad that the stock support metal was enough!
