lmao. i meant, how do you get to the bolts? do you have to take the door panel off? or does the part of the mirror that's inside just pop out?

take off the door panel first... when you do, there's a little triangle piece that snaps into place (that lies partially behind the door panel, hence the need to take it off). pop off the triangle piece, and you'll see the bolts

actually, i just check my mirrors, and i ony have 3 wires, not the 7 that i think are needed. is there any way to overcome this? or is that just it?can i just plug in the new mirrors without using the defogger and turn signal? just the power adjusting and the folding? cuz that's really all i need.

basically. unless you want to pay a shop to wire them or wire them yourself.

yes, but then whats the point? your mirrors already power adjust....the only things extra you would be getting is the folding capabilities, and the look(without the functionality) of the 3.5 mirrors.

bummer. i guess i get to start saving for some rims or an exhaust the only reason that i'd get them now is because i'm going to college in philadelphia. i dont want to worry about my mirrors when i park on the street.

Perfect color match, but i fukked up on not getting "clear gloss paint" whatever it's called. Guy at the store said that paint itself is glossy which it is, just not as much as factory paint on the car. Really no biggie but if u want them to be PEEEEEERFECT u might wanna add a coat or 2 of clear coat for that shine u get when u get out of the car wash. I'm probably getting too much into it since noone will ever notice it but me haha.
ok if you want your best bet would be to wet sand the mirrors and then put some rubbing compound onto them.....itll make them more glossy
