All of you who are saying pull over for faster moving cars, that IS true, but you fail to remember that rule is for cars traveling at less than the legal speed limit (we're talking semi trucks, farm vehicles and other slow-moving vehicles here...)
Bottom line, brakechecking him was unsafe, but so was his tailgating. Neither of you were hurt, so no worries there. Hopefully, he learned a lesson about proper driving skills, which would be a win for anyone that has to share the road with him.

He also said 3 lane highway and that means there's another lane to go. even if he was in the middle lane and the left lane was occupied then he had even less reason to tailgate.so f*ck that guy, glad he spun out, bet his a*s didn't tailgate for a looooong f*cking time.I tap the brake if i get a tailgater, not press the brake enough to actually slow the car any, but to flash the taillights.
