dont pick cavaliers or neons as a project car. ever.

I agree too, no matter how fast they are, my Aunt drives one, and so do my Grandparents, so when someone syas they have a fast Neon or, "that Neon's tight", I just think of the Neons sittin gin my family members' driveways and give myself a little chuckle:D

Yeah.. I think the are simple, ugly, generally slow, poorly built, unreliable, mass-produced, whored-out junk... but I learned my lesson the hard way! I got beat BAD by a plain, simple forest green Neon.. hubcaps, no big shiney exhaust, no stickers, stock ride height, no window tint... a TOTAL sleeper! After I caught up to the guy at a traffic light, I saw a completely stripped interior and his classification numbers printed in soap on his side window. He must have just got off the track.. and I bet he did pretty well!

yeah, I'll admit there are some fast neons. No matter what they are still neons though.
