I have not heard anything form him. I even asked if he can pay just a little amount every month. I have accounting breathing down my neck. This is something i could get fired for. Because i am sure can not affored to pay the 800 bux.

I filed a formal complain with the Federal Fraud complaint hotline. I got an email back from the FBI saying they appreciated the in depth response and that they would be starting their investigation soon...

Well Marty, today I got a fantastic email from Mr. Relifod

Fealing as if we had exhausted all other options, Yesterday I had decided to email the Shreveport Police Department about Jayson and his wherabouts.

Withen 24 hours I had a response from the Police Investigations Department citing positive contact and talks with Jayson, and also recieved an email from Jayson himself saying that my exhaust was lost by his supplier (MVP Motorsports) and that he would be sending back my money via Money Order ASAP.

He exclaimed that he knew we had all lost our patience and the promised to help restore everythign back to pre-hurricane days.

I responded to him that I was glad he was still ok, but was a bit upset still that he had not contact anyone for so long. I also asked him if he could to post on NICO for us all.

I really appreciate your help Marty in tracking this guy down, as well as everyones Paypal complaints (even though Paypal didn't do crap)

Jasons new emails:[email protected][email protected] (what he gave the Police)

Again thanks everyone, and I hope you all have a great holiday because of this. Lets see if he can come through for us all.

OK, finally a close to the situation!

I contacted them again about no money order, and he said that he was going to cancel them.

I got a 300 dollar paypal on the 19th of Jan with the promise that the rest would be coming.

I waited another week, Sent another email, and now today on the 28th got the rest of the money owed.

I understand tough times call for drastic situations, but I can only let that go for so long. The thing that was wrong about the entire situation was that money from products not sent or delivered was used to combat the situation in LA. Contact should have been made much sooner to everyone in my opinion and a post in the thread would have cleared up alot.

I commend them however on finally paying back the money owed, but am still dissapointed that it has been nearly 7 months from begging to end of the entire ordeal.

I'm glad my situation finally turned out for the best, but I wonder if there are anyone who have not yet recieved money back?

I finallly got a reply from him, he said all his records were gone and to contact him again in two weeks, I did. It's been a week since my second message to him and haven't gotten another message from him. I feel the same way as cody, the way he has been handling this situation is rediiculous.

Sorry to hear that nothing more has come out of his situation. Obviously the situation down there is dire, but to spend money that he made on products that were never shipped is very shadey

I really have no clue how it came to this...Jayson was a great guy and responded to all emails and shipped all other products on top and in top shape...then the hurricane hit in August, and its' been nothign but hassell since then for everyone

I managed to get my money back, but only after countless PM's, emails, and a call to the local Shreveport Police.

At last you got some.Maybe he will make things right. But at this point he can't really get us to trust him unless he gives the products to those who had to wait free. And that's quite a bit of money. Sad that the hurricane caused all this.

My thoughts exactly, I would doubt that Jayson would start up the business again, but I hope that eventually he settles all transactions with all you involved

Let's just hope Jayson and his family are doing well, I can't imagine wat every1 devastated by the storm is going through to try and rebuild their lives

Call the Shreveport Police Department

They should be able to assist you, much as they did for me.
