I notified my stealership about the same issue and I have a 3.5-- they said they ordered new parts and would call me when they came in but I have yet to hear back from them. In fact, I'm gonna call them back now.

A lot of newer cars have small issues with them. Honestly I'm not even sure if it was my brakes squeeking, but new calipers sounds good to me.

they're only replacing my passenger side lol i guess something is better then nothing. i'm going to test out the brakes after they install it and if the driver side makes any noise or feels different then the passenger side i'm going to go back to them lol

Hussain, I would go against them on that one. Its normally recommended to replace both sides at the same time when replacing pads or calipers! But I suppose if you still have super low mileage it wouldnt matter...

ya i told them isn't it a bad idea to only change 1 side? like if i needed to brake really hard in an emergency and one side is more worn then the other, wouldn't the car pull to the side when i hit the brakes really hard. they said i only have 13,000 miles so its ok, if i had more miles then it would be more worn and they'd have to do both or something like that. ill see how the brakes feel after i get it done. i just picked up my car now because the parts were out of stock and on back order from Nissan so no point in my car just sitting at the dealership for days until the parts come

Odd... My A/C only had 11k on it when I took mine and They replaced both sides. Hmmm.... I would go back to them and:

So I called my stealership today and mentioned the issue. I said I was having the problem with the brakes at 11,000 miles and I saw the service bulletin. He told me they would only replace them if they are defective... doesn't the squealing qualify as defective? I really hate dealing with the dealership, I know they are going to try to have my pay out of pocket for this B.S. Anyone have a similar issue?

the dealership was the one that informed me of the bulletin i just came to them and told them to check out my brakes that they squeak sometimes when braking at low speeds they replaced both my front calipers at no cost me. i don't see why they would make you pay for this, they are required to replace them.

I sincerely hope my dealership are not aholes about it. Its quite apparent I have this issue, I am the poster boy for this service bulletin. It really sucks because my dealership is 30 miles from my house and I am going to be there at 8 AM on a Saturday, if they dont do anything I will be heated. Should they have the parts there or is it likely they will have to order them and I will have to come back? Thanks
