Odd... My A/C only had 11k on it when I took mine and They replaced both sides. Hmmm.... I would go back to them and:Hussain wrote:ya i told them isn't it a bad idea to only change 1 side? like if i needed to brake really hard in an emergency and one side is more worn then the other, wouldn't the car pull to the side when i hit the brakes really hard. they said i only have 13,000 miles so its ok, if i had more miles then it would be more worn and they'd have to do both or something like that. ill see how the brakes feel after i get it done. i just picked up my car now because the parts were out of stock and on back order from Nissan so no point in my car just sitting at the dealership for days until the parts come
the dealership was the one that informed me of the bulletin i just came to them and told them to check out my brakes that they squeak sometimes when braking at low speeds they replaced both my front calipers at no cost me. i don't see why they would make you pay for this, they are required to replace them.CoutureCoupe wrote:So I called my stealership today and mentioned the issue. I said I was having the problem with the brakes at 11,000 miles and I saw the service bulletin. He told me they would only replace them if they are defective... doesn't the squealing qualify as defective? I really hate dealing with the dealership, I know they are going to try to have my pay out of pocket for this B.S. Anyone have a similar issue?
