Depends on the condition - A tired pre-92 with lots of miles can be bought for $3-5K. The 92-95 are WAY overpriced.

One of my favorite cars is a 95 Legend Type II 6-speed.

You're not listening, are you, Marshall? :D

Why d you WANT a car that you admit you don't know anything about? It's based on the Accord, and the 91 is very different from the 92-95. You won't get a decent 92-95 for what you'll get out of the Q, so forget that. The LS has all the goodies. L has less.

Look at autotrader.com (not ebay) for an accurate representation of prices. eBay is NOT reality.

BTW, the Legend has similar maintenance costs as a Q. You probably should consider a Civic or a Corolla until $$$ is more plentiful.

If only the guys that owned them didn't think they were still worth $20k :(.

But on the bright side if they had been more reasonable, I wouldn't be here :).

My brother runs a shop in Anne Arundel county, he has NO exp with Q's, but may be able to help, if you go down the "repair" path.

VERY true. If they depreciated like the Q's, I'd have one as a "beater" car. If I ever see one with good mileage at the right price and in the right color (Merlot), I'll snatch it up.

The Legend, to me, was the last beautiful car from Acura. But little things do go wrong on the Legend, and can quickly add up.

Oh, and be prepared to get whipped by Q45s.

Don't get me wrong, love the Q, and am VERY happy, but a 1995 GS 4 door with the 6 speed was 0-60 in the mid 6's. How's that gonna get you whipped? From there to 100 and top end open road the Q will leave it, but the Legend is no slouch.

Still loving the Q :D

That is one of the all time sleeper cars. I think only about 500 were made in the four door, and probably my second choice in the 1994-1995 vintage to the Q. The 1993-1995 LS coupes with the six speed were more common. They both will cost more than a Q45 in a like condition.

Rex, I live in Anne Arundel county, where is your brothers shop and the name for future reference? Wild guess...Accurate in Annapolis?
