Bought it because I wanted something a bit larger than my Corolla...lol. Ok, so even the coupe is larger than the Corolla...BUT I also have 2 kids...so it was an easy decision for me.

I just purchased an 07' Altima 3.5L SE Sedan but I love the way the coupes look. If I wasn't a couple of months away from 41 with 2 young kids I'd definatley be tempted. However, even without kids, I prefer to have a larger back seat for passengers. I could never take more than one adult in the car I traded in for my Altima (an 03' mustang GT). Now I can comfortably accomodate 3 adults.

I feel like the 3.5L 270HP sport edition sedan is a pretty good balance between sports car and passenger car...

^ Congrats on the purchase and welcome!

Sounds like you made a very good decision...the back seat is a must. And you're absolutely right, it is a very nice balance of sport and everyday car.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm looking forward to learning all I can about Nissan. I was a die hard Ford man until I saw and drove the 07' Altima.

I used to be all about the muscle - now I'm all about refined muscle.

Generic.. is there room in the trunk for your walker?Which one of you guys with a sedan has a baby seat in it lol?

I was dead-set on getting a remaining 07 sedan (black on black 2.5).. and in aug that was hard to come across... the one place i found it had a black coupe on the lot... and i was sold.... i had to take 2 trains and travel around 200 miles to get the car... i had to pay sticker (and im a big deal guy, and negotiator) but some things just cant be helped... Here in NY the only dealers that had it in august wanted btwn 2-2500 over sticker... and VPP was laughed at when i brought it up to anyone... my stang died though and i needed to pull the trigger...

Man, 31 and I'm falling apart! Knee surgery last Dec. and now I'm debating on whether or not to get my rotator cuff surgery done

And no, I don't put my walker in the trunk! I have a hydraulic lift for my electric scoot:

Nice wastebasket attachment. ^ That must've been a difficult aftermarket mod.

Never really been into coupes, unless it was a TRUE sports car like a skyline, supra, vett or viper. Ive only like sedans, but the coupes are tight

I bought a coupe after sitting in a bunch of other makes and models and I also consifered buying a maxima because it had everything my truck had and twice more. But what did I need a four door car for and the sedans arent that good looking but they are nice I am not knocking the four doors at all but my Radiant Silver 3.5 (of course) is an awesome car and I cant see driving another one for a while so go with what makes u happy and feels better to you as for me and mine we will ride in the coupe.

I bought a coupe because I've ALWAYS been in love with Coupes....I've noticed that any time I've gawked and stared and fell in love with a car is because of the shape which happened to be a Coupe....my first love was a BMW M Coupe....and I still love it till this day....its one of love it or hate it designs. It's for those who think practicality comes second and looks are number 1
