I've noticed that some 240sx's have these auto seatbelts that move back, like when you turn the car on.

My question is, " is there a way to remove those and replace the seat belts, or are they on every 240 with pop up headlights?"

sry for the noobish question

All USDM S13's came with auto seatbelts except the convertables.

Canadian S13's all came with manual seatbelts.

u can always remove the power seat belt and replace it with 4-point belts. its not hard to remove the power seat belt it took me 15 minutes to remove the power seat belt and replace stock trim pieces. you just need a 10 and 14 mm socket

ya just get a hold of some seatbelts off an s14 and slap them on your car. All the holes are in your chassis just not being used yet:-) keep the auto aswell and you got some type of racing harness. J/K

you can blame the industry for wanting better passive safety control. I'm having trouble thinking of any import or econobox that didn't have some sort of passive seatbelt system.

why get rid of them? They kick ***... If I ever change to bucket seats, I have to make sure I make these usable in the street.
