Everything is ordered except the flange for the turbo, I dunno if the kit comes with one or not. It's not pictured. I'm going to order one anyways, it's 15 bucks...
I would recommend heat wrap, the engine bay isn't cooled very well from the factory. I haven't had any overheating issues myself, but I'm sure it played into the destruction of my transmission initially.

You are doing a really good job thus far though. You seem to know your stuff, and have done research on things you didn't. This reminds me of my first turbo built I did on my 4 cylinder eclipse back about 5 years ago. You discover things work in places you never knew. Parts from other cars, etc. One thing I can recommend for all things mechanical.

Never tighten any bolts, screws, or fittings entirely until you have that whole section complete.

Make sure to use a new gasket on your turbo header.

I don't see any plan you have for your turbo oil return line. I recommend buying a new oil pan for your car, drill a hole, tap a fitting, and use that to feed the oil straight back into your oil pan ( in case you need to return it to stock later). Also, on the topic of oil, you maybe find this product interesting. Its called and oil filter sandwich adapter. They are extremely useful, and easy. Feeds good oil pressure, and allows you to feed multiple items. You need to know your oil filter thread size to get the right one though. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/OIL-FILT...r8754

Everything else it bolt on and go. Just be smart about all this. If you get in over your head, STOP, and call someone for help, or send it to a pro shop if you have to. There's no shame in failing in your attempt, you aren't a professional tuner with thousands in tools at your disposal.

Your doing a great thing here. Keep going, and best of luck! I'm here to help you if you ever need it

I agree...take the T out of ALTIMA from someone and add that.

Yea, Each is a decent price...if you bought one a month over the winter you wouldn't even notice...and be ready to install by Mid Summer.

Wait...Blackberry? Like the phone? What is a blackberry on a car? Is that like a type of Sparkplug? He said he was getting something special for that...

OHHHH, GF cell... hahaha, that now makes sense.
I actually saw an audi 2.0T the other day and the T for it is red with a chrome border. Maybe look into that?

And what if you just drop the S and just make it a 2.5T?

Do Americans not have any Blackberry phones? I know RIM is a Canadian company, but I thought they distributed worldwide? Up here it seems like if you don't have an iPhone, then you've got a Crackberry...

We have Blackberry's, I almost bought a Blackberry Storm not too long ago. But I was looking at all these parts for his turbo build and I saw Blackberry. Figured it was the phone just wasn't 100% so I looked

I don't go on CrackBerry whatsoever. I stay away from all that stuff. Plus I cannot comment on unreleased software so don't ask.

Back on Topic, YAY TURBO! lol

Here's some things that came last night... Still waiting on a few things, hopefully next week.

Waste Gate:

Catch Can:

MISC Piping:

Manual Boost Controller: Looks stellar... :P

Sequential BOV: Wahhhh Psshhhtt!! The carbon fiber print makes 10WHP btw.

Exhaust/Turbo Manifold: It is sanded flush and level, more than I expected. No bits of metal hanging off. I was impressed.

MISC Oil Lines:

Fuel Pressure Regulator:

Intercooler:

Turbo: Does not have the typical serial number starting with 'K'. This is GOOD because it seems (from what I've read) the eBay turbos with 'K' eat/leak oil pretty bad.

Christmas in August:

Projector status:

Everything looks great.

Although I think the actual turbo itself should be a "brand name," not Ebay.

Looking forward to install pics!!

NVM, we'll see when it gets here... conflicting information.... (about the AEM FIC working).

I'll update when it gets here because we can wire that in ASAP and test it to see if it works at all.
