It's considered credit fraud when you're violating three statutes set forth by the Fair Credit Billing Act. Check it out, you might learn something too.

You paid for something and he will be sending it, albeit a little later than you were expecting(which you became aware of). I see no fraud

Again, making up stories. I never said when I was expecting to receive it.

And again, what's with you and not reading? I named the instances where he's violated the Fair Credit Billing Act AND I've told you to read the Fair Credit Billing Act to see what is fraudulent. See whatever you want with your blinders on, but the fact remains that his business is operating illegally with respect to the Fair Credit Billing Act. Simple as that. Just because you can go to a dictionary, look up the word fraud, you think you know what it means, but in fact, that's not the case in real life where laws are not quite what they would seem... for just a quick example, the bill of rights protect us, yet the patriot act counteracts some of the laws the bill of rights give us due to "national security". That is just an example; I'm not trying to make this into a law debate or anything else with regards to personal freedoms, national security, etc.

And please stop responding like a broken record unless you have anything significant to add.

This is retarded. Closing the thread.

If BB can't tell people up-front there's going to be a >1 month turnaround, then they've put THEMSELVES in a position of being criticized, and I have no sympathy.

I will agree that if it's causing a headache, I'd just cancel the order, and the customer is well within their rights to do so.
