he keeps insisting that ive done seomthign wrong, tht this shouldnt be on nico becase it has nothing to do with nico.

i told him i posted here because it wasmy last resort, ebay and paypal were willing to do nothing.

now he's threatening me,

he's saying that if anything happens to his property he's going to hold me liable because i provoked all this.

i do not control the actions of other and in no way have i provoked this.

i started this thread to warn other not to do business with him. then when the opportunity to deal with the nico mods (great guys by the way) arrose, i took it.

i wnt andre to note, that in no way, shape or form have i outright stated that i want anyone to hurt him or his property.

May I suggest we make a master list in the for sale section of scammers to beware of? A resource to use and make sure not to buy from anywhere?

Another forum I frequently visit has a positive and negative list of transactions. It helps because you can see who is not good to deal with and check to see if people also had positive dealings with others. It really does work.. just an idea though.

I think threads like these are better. You can do a simple search and find out exactly what was going on. Not only that, but other people that buy from said person (not on the specific forum) can do a google search and find everything.

Let me ask you something Andre are you 14 years old without a job and no friends that drives a 240?? because from reading this it seems like it to me. i'm not making fun of you just stating what i observe.
