Yes. Exactly. A lot of people go by "The RB will throw off the weight balance" and blah blah blah. It's one of the most efficient engines (inline 6) and sounds like secks!

I'd probably make my car a KA-T, get some Stance coils, some stock SE wheels, lower the car a bit, a HKS hi power muffler, and a little negative camber wouldn't hurt. I'd probably have some extra money to save up in a savings account for other s*** down the road. I wouldn't pay for bigger wheels because I have brand new tires. My car would look so baller yet so beater at the same time. Oh what epic lulz.

Pointless thread is pointless. Who cares? I'd spend it on strippers.

And lol @ LSX getting better gas mileage than <insert Nissan 4 banger here>. Just plain lol.

Generally, I would say, "More style! Get cool wheels and tuck them in, get cool aero bits!"

But my car is slow, and I'm actually starting to spend money on power now for the first time in my life. The apocalypse is near.

Well since I already have my suspension built, wheels and brakes. I'd probably get the sileighty aero bits I want, paint, and my RB25 swap finally.

Also if I have any money leftover, an engagement ring for the girlfriend to help her forget about my mass spending on car parts

So my SR making 3XX at the wheels that got low 20's city and high 20's to low 30's on the highway was getting the same mpg as a similar powered stock LS1? I find that VERY hard to believe; since I own no LSx's and have never driven one through a full tank to report on it, I'll have to take your word for it.

the new LS motors get pretty damn good hwy mileage because they tack like 1500 rpms at 75 mph. the city mpg probably sucks tho

"Cash for Clunkers" $5,000+4,500= 9.5K go for it lol.

I would fix up the body if damaged, paint, fix suspesion, and throw the rest in the/a motor if you still have any left. Oh yea and wheels.

trust me, and ls can get combined mileage of 30 easily. as i mentioend earlier a big part of that is the t56. my brother cruises on the hwy at 70ish at like 1200 rpms

LS does get great mileage. Buddy cruised from San Diego to LA with a SC'ed 05 vette (430whp or so) and got like 34mpg on fwy. Ask Justinstrife (sp?).

Its funny that spooled specifically said "you cant pick both suspension and engine" and yet that is what 90 percent of people are picking. And I dont think spooled is asking us what he should do to his car (have you seen his car?) Its more like a "would you rather be burned to death or drown" kind of question. Neither answer is the right one, its just interesting to see what people pick.

yeah that's what I noticed too but whatever lol I should've left money out of the question and just asked whether people would rather fix up suspension and wheels or more powa!! My predictions are that people would rather get wheels and coils first before doing any engine mods.

oh yeah and i sure as hell don't have 5K to blow on my car lmao

Haha 5k would be nice.

Suspension definitely. You can get some nice suspension pieces for 5 grand, then you'll have a car that may not be faster, but will out-perform many cars given the situation.

After that though I'd throw together a cheap ka-t setup lol.
