i saw it last nite as well, and honestly i thought it was GREAT, i loved every minute of it, hot girls, constant hot cars, and some of them were stock, atleast on the outside(yellow viper!!!, saleen), and i went expecting over the top action and such, not a 'real to life' movie, and i think this is why i loved it so much, and if you all plan to go see it, i think you should do the same

I also saw it last night like quite a few people did. My friend and I also said it was better than the first one. What can't be liked about a movie with hot girls and some hot cars. I personally loved the sunfire on the lift(just kidding). I seriously need to learn how to use the smilies.

speaking of 2fast 2 furious...does anyone have the new 2f2f Sport compact car magazine?? look at the articles where they show the cars from the movie and they race them, the engine pic they show for the skyline is the supra engine?? b/c if you flip back 2 pages to the supra engine pic, its the EXACT same pic, how dare they:eek:

It didnt have much to do with street racing that was good, it was cool having Ludacris and tyrese is the movie as they both are great rap artists. I dont think the stunts looked that fake, the storage building scene was cool. Overall I think they did a better job this time.

Tyrese is a rapper?!?! I could've sworn he was an R&B singer....

I still have not got my arse out ot see it, but I did watch the "Tricked out F & F" last night. It had some good stuff on it.Craig Leberman (SP?)droped 50k into a new Evo in the tricked out car section. Not to mention that he had a playboy play mate there for some eye candy. They also show a prelude to 2 F & 2 F in which Paul walker goes from the end of the first movie in search of a better car to get him to the new movie. His road to the R34.Pretty cool I thought.;)

yes the movies was good (imo), there werent anywhere near as many 'screw ups' in this movie as in the last one (i.e the floorboard falling out, and then vin diesel stepping in it as if it was there), but one big thing i caught, was when they first went to get the ferrari, the EVO smashed through a concrete poll, well afterward, the body kit looked like it had been freshly painted, no damage!!, i think they shoulda caught stuff like thta, but all in all, good movie

I was really expecting street racing:( I was a little disappointed because it is hilarious with all the stuff the do wrong (like in the first one).

I really like it how all the ricers after watching the movie floor it out of the parking lot and act like hot shi+.:rolleyes

well buddy, thats hollywood, their job is to make stuff 'over the top', and i dont know how much more over the top it couldve been, i mean a skyline, supra, rx-7, s2ooo 4way race and then jumping over a draw bridge??!!, i guess i just knew what to expect, now the first one i was dissappointed in, because i too thought there was going to be a lot of street racing, but i like the second one much more, and welcome to NICO, i hope everyone is very informative for you , and i hope u enjoy it here

I saw itand thought it was alot better than the first one but I definatley thought it was gay when they jumped the bridge and jumped the camaro into the boat. Did yall notice that suki looked like a chipmunk with those huge cheeks i dont think shes hot but the other hispanic girl is really freakin hot.Quick question are those guns that shutdown your car real or hollywood?

Oh yeah the rat part was disturbing.

Thankz for the welcome

Anyway,........I don't think those "electric guns" are on the streets, but I have heard that cops are expirementing with RC robots/cars that can be driven underneath a fleeing motorists and send out such a high voltage that it fries the computer of the car:eek: . They have been testing these machines for a couple years now, but for all I know LA or NYC (any big police department) already have these but don't want the public to know:pface

i doubt those guns would actually work. first of all, theyd need a good connection to the metal (sand the paint off. if youve ever welded, you know what i mean) secondly, what are they frying? body panels? i mean sure they could inject some amperage to screw with grounding, maybe blow a fuse or something, but id think that would take some serious power, not producable by a little battery type thing like that.

Just saw the movie and I thought it was good. I just reminded myself it was entertainment and that is not about street racing. I watched it during the afternoon, when most of the "ricers" are not around. I saw the blue 240 that had the 97 front end conversion and just VERY QUICKLY saw the gold 240. The blue 240 looked weird and the taillights were mixed up. The center panel was Zenki, while the corners were Kouki. If any of you saw the prelude to this movie....the R34 looks AWESOME. This is mainly because the car didn't have a wing, graphics or underbody lights.

i thought a turbo timer allowed u to turn your car off while the turbo timer stays on until the turbo is properly cooled and such, can someone explain??, and also one of the things i missed most about the movie was vin diesel, i STIL think paul walker is too much of a pretty boy for the part, but i thought vin diesel WAS the last movie, and was shocked this one turned out as well as it did without him

You can take the key out of the ignition and leave the car all locked up, and it will continue running for a bit with a turbo timer. The thing is, you hear their cars stop running when they get out of them.
