S15 T28 vs T3/T4 hybrid, opinions?

all i know, is that the turbo i got will give me the power i want and is guarenteed to spool faster than pretty much any turbo. Im hoping for full boost at 2500rpms (with big piping)

I got turbochargers.com to upgrade my SR T-25 to a "big" T-28. The total cost was ~$700. but it's nice because I don't need a new manifold or even new oil lines. Bolts on the exact same as stock, because it uses the stock housing. I haven't tested it yet, my car should be running in about a week or two.
