Here is a off-the-wall question. Does any company import s15's in California like they import almost everything else (skylines....etc) ?????????? And if not, why the hell not? Is there any chance of getting one? I plan on winning the lottery here shortly, and that is the only car I plan on buying......

honeslty i was thinging of doing the same project , and to the front conversion and i'm in the process of getting a s15 swap. but i can't say that i've ever seen it done. so "S15_silvia" don't worry bout anyone else. i've been working on my car for almost a year and i can say that i have the farthest thing from rice out there. as long as you don't have an acp satilite on the trunk lid you'll be fine

wow, i'm amazed how you think other people a ricer because they want to be different. I'm pretty sure you have lots of style iwht your stock exterior, in most case, "clean" look. I would rather drive a nice body kit car than a rust out car no matter how fast it goes. I'm pretty sure people drive next to you and looking your engine...weird.

From what I understand, Motorex will legalize almost any car that you bring to them, all you have to do is shell out the cash. And it aint cheap either. It s about 16000 to legalize a skyline r32. Compared the the Japanese selling a used r32 for 4000, thats a 20000 car now. not really worth it imo.

ive read in another post that there are other companies that will legalize skylines n such for alot less then motorex they are just out for money and have overpriced everythign they can because people think they are the only ones doing it which is not true i dont remember who said some one else will do it but ill find out.....

Look on Google for Auto Importers in the states. Trust me you guys are lucky and will find a lot of support epescially the westcoast. I was doing research on this before and found a lot of U.S. resources.

I think we should all take a step back, and glance upon the hatred that has been created upon our humble words. As we come together in common interest we are torn appart by common flaws. wow...that was pretty deep, i think im gonna go kick my own *** now so....i'll see ya guys later,....<<<Tom>>>

Not only will you be F--ked over on trying to get it legalized but you'll have a hell of a time finding an insurance company to insure a right-hand drive sports car.

Now, if you don't want to worry about it being legalized it could just be a show or track car, just have to trailer it everywhere.

And I wouldn't recommend taking it out on the street very often if you didn't get it legalized and especially if you didn't have insurance, every popo in town will pull you over.

not only that but the style alone catches everyone so your getting pulled over even if you didnt do anything wrong. I know my s15 front has been on for 3 days and ive been pulled over twice F***ing cops.
