I finally completed my S14 to S15 gauge cluster conversion. I also made a custom trim bezel that fits perfectly with all 4 guages molded in. Took a while and a lot of beer, but I got it done.

cut, copy repeat. Take that to the bank

Patent your method and make some serious money.

I'd pay you to do that to mine. Even get you free beer.

Thanks guys for all of the positive feedback. I don't know if any of you guys have seen the last one that I made a couple of months ago? It's the stock S14 cluster. It's some were on this forum. I do believe that I am going to make a mold of it. The S14 one that I had sold on ebay in about 2 minutes. I am still in process of making the mold for the S14 first. I will also look into making a harness adapter for the S14 to S15. The main problem with the S15 is the speedo whick I am still trying to make a converted to keep the S14 transmission. That might take me a while. I have a true S15 motor and rear end, so it's not that hard for me to do.Thanks again

Does the S15 cluster, etc. fit directly up to the S14? Is trimming necessary? How difficult would it be to swap this cluster directly into a KA24 S14? Thanks in advance

the best custom job i have ever seen, we need a write up, this would solve all the gauge mounting woes, patent and start making some money off it, at least patent it,

production can wait, makes the demand go higher,

excellent job.

Do some for an s13 stock cluster (the 4 gauge pod thingy, even 2 would make me happy). I'd buy it :-D.

I would buy that too. I have my turbo kit ready to be installed and my next modification would be to get some gauges to install and this is by far the best i have ever seen. You are onto something here.

Nice, although I don't dig the gap left on top from what looks like trimming of the s15 cluster.

ok. get your method down on paper. Secure a patent or something, then mass produce it. Seriously man. I'll buy one. And you already got a few other takers here.

Then put it on Zilvia and the other 240 forums, the european and japanese forums.

Even if this is the only thing you do, you'd be well off.

Alright, I am on the patent process as of yesterday. I don't see why I can't make one for an S13 model. And as for the remark from someone about a gap, sorry but there is no gap, it just looks like it from the picture. I bought an S15 trim and a S14 trim, cut both of them, and put everything in place to match all of the curves correctly and then molded them together to look just like a factory drop in. When I get going on this, I will definately post back. If there any other ideas for different moldels, that one might be interested in, let me know and I will see what I can create. Thanks again, for all of the feedback.
