Thanks for all the help guyz. I'm currently prepping the car up, it has a lot of small annoying problems and the front headlights wont closedue to a small fender bender a while ago from previous owner. It's in good hands now. Just this morning, I had to get the battery re-charged, now the car turns on!! lol. There are a lot of cosmetic problems that I need to solve, and so I'm thinking instead of going to an auto body place and wasting money, where can I get the S13 hippo sleek body kit for a good price and reliavble merchant? That's the body kit I want cause it looks awesome and stays true to the S13. The engine compartment is really dirty and needs to be cleaned out also. The car is a complete mess, lol. Any suggestions on how I can quickly get all the small problems fixed? Rust/ key not fitting into door correctly/ oil tank not opening correctly . . . I know they are small problems but they are annoying as heck, so I have to take care of the small problems first and then start prepping up the car with the sr20 and body kt, and then some.

Suggestions. . ..

Thanks in advance

doesnt afterdark tuning do a rb26dett and awd swap for $16,000? screw your widebody, twin turbo awd in a 240 is enough for me.

IMHO I think that for autocrossing the coupe would be a better choice due to a more rigid chassis. If your still planning to install the sr20 this link has a quick walk through of most of what's involved which should help even if you're not doing the work.

The hipposleek body kit, you can always try takakaira.com they've got a long list of body kits. If not them, you can try sending an email to either autoimaging or to jspec to see if they can get the hipposleek body kit. I've had a good personal experience with autoimaging so my recommendations out to them while I've heard that jspec can be a bit shady at times. Then again I've never done business with them yet so take my recommendation with a grain of salt.

i know this reply is late, but one possibility is turbocharging the ka24de and put in forged pistons, rods, cams, valves, valve springs etc for a full-engine build up. as far as the hp issue (300-800hp), running an electronic boost controller would allow him to change boost pressures to allow the horsepower he would need if i'm not mistaken. just ideas though
