S14 VIP widebody Destroyed in accident in hollywood

Some of you may have seen my car before...
some from the Photoshoot with Milton's (SCWEET) sc400, and some from the Wheel fitment thread.
I recently had a lot of work done to my S14 and it was my pride and joy.
as much as people say it's impossible to be unique, I beleive I built something pretty unique! it was ready for paint the plan was to do a custom candy purple, 6 days after my birthday, something horrible happened...

March 9th I was headed to school when a lady hit my car, in a freak and almost unexplicable accident.....
She crossed three lanes and slammed into my rear quarter panel, I watched "in horrer" in slowmotion
kinda" as she moved tried to drive straight through my car to make a turn.
the accident caused me to spin out and end up under a semi truck(18 wheeler) which dragged me for half a block..., I wasn't seriously hurt, but my car was destroyed!!!

I am very freaked out because LAPD came to the scene took a lot of notes and guess what? did not file a POLICE REPORT!
when I asked why, they said standard procedure when there is no serious injuries( no one is taken in an ambulance) they dont make an official police report,

HERE IS WHERE I NEED HELP and why I am posting this:

I know there was one witness, the police said someone had called in shortly after the accident,when I asked for a copy of the report or the witnesses info they said that I had to wait till the police report came out, now 1 month later I find out there actually is no report and the report the statement made is no where to be found.
If any one has any info or possibly saw this happen please contact me asap.
My lawyer is talking about dropping the case if we dont have the witness or the police report.I remember seeing a few 240's in the area and even after the accident I saw 240's parked nearby but there was a big crowd and I wasn't able to find any witnesses myself
please help by reposting as much as possible, I am also posting on Nico, and craigslist.

I know someone from this website saw the car at the scene, because i was called on my cell by a friend who saw a post about the accident on this website just minutes after the accident.

I'm confused. So there was a 3 car incident and the police drove up and because no one was seriously injured, they didn't write a report? Jeese man. Say your neck hurts; say something. I'm not saying its your fault but if you got lodged under a semi and pulled, for any amount of distance, you gotta say bring an ambulance I want to make sure I'm alright. That truly sucks about your car. Glad you're alright and I hope you at least are getting a s*** of insurance money from both company's.

Can you not call the police and get the officers names? That way they can bear witness as to what they saw? Is the person that hit you saying it is your fault. Seems open/s*** to me.

I dont know about cali but in oregon, if the damage is greater than i believe its $1200 bucks the drivers are required to call the cops and the cops are required to file a police report. Your situation Sucks bro iv been there! Hold on a witness will come forward.

go to businesses around where it happened, cuz the same people go to the same places a lot in Hollywood.

I'd take photos to a superior of any of those cops and play the RLY?! game. RLY!? I got dragged by a Semi and no police report? There's someone at fault there. So these cops didn't file a report, but did they write one? If I showed up to that I'd be trying to figure that one out on paper.

The trucking company?
The lady that hit you?
And pictures of a tag number?
Even if there is somehow no report, there is a report call of responding officers to the scene. Thats list the time of call made, time they arrived, and time they left. Was it city pd, county, or state?

Even if they don't file a report it looks to me that you could make your own case if you had enough picture of the scene.

So yes, in LA the LAPD does not make or file any info on car accidents unless someone is taken by ambulance..is it rediculous?? f*** yes..

I have all the drivers info, but the thing is no one saw the initial impact, since i was on the lane nearest to the curb and the other drivers were to the left on the other side, they didnt see her move into me and hit me, they just saw me spin out and then hit them..

I finally ahd a breakthrough, the detective from lapd, found one witnesses 911 call and is sending me a copy of his report, so i should be saved, hopefully thats enough..

I know what happened so there is o doubt in my mind that the witness will be in my favor,

also the officers that came t the scene are not allowed to give their opinion on what happened since they didnt file a report. thats what LAPD said.

so please keep spreading the word, in case anyone else may have seen this happen, so far on zilvia 2 guys happened to be in the area but didnt see the impact just the aftermath,

Was this a hit-and-run? Cops just didn't file a report, so you can't get reimbursed, or what?

yes I went to the businesses, and the only video of the accident shows only the final seconds fo the accident, not the initial impact.
wasn't a hit and run was a regular acident, and the cops dont file p[olice reports in LA unless someone is taken to the hospital!

It's not too late! Start complaining that you've got some pains after the accident but didn't think anything of it. Then say the pain grew and grew as time passed on. Then sue the lady that was in the accident with you (if you know her name, info, etc.)

This is how people usually get a lot of money. My boss got in a car crash a few months ago, and not too long ago the guy started complaining about pains and is now suing her. Same with my brother, he got into a fender bender with a biker and then about two years after my brother moved from Massachusetts to Florida the guy was suing him for "pains."

So get back at this b****, whether she's poor or not. What the f*** was she thinking? Probably some crack head. Really sorry what happen to your car. Like I've said before, it seems like 75% of Kouki's have been in some sort of wreck...And not just because I've been around the forums, but after four years of looking for one. I've seen a large amount of wrecked Kouki's.
