ugh the photo of the wheels made me cringe bad.
sorry to hear, people are s***, i cant believe there was no report filed! it occured on a state maintained road, no private prop. you would think they would have to file somthing?!

they have 10 days to reply, so wish me luck..plans for new build include either LS1, or RB26, replacing the sr, and new wheels!

So cant your lawer find the cops and get them supoena'd into court to testify. or atleast get that b**** to say she did it. she cant deny that it happened at all. Im sorry, man this s*** happens to people and they have a police report and still cant do anything. in indiana where i used to live there was a guy from out of state that ran the light and hit me. i had a police report with witness testimony and the insurance company never could find the guys insurance company and because no one could read plain english my insurance wouldnt do anything and even tried to raise my rate! and even with the guys name and adress and license # still no one could find this deadbeat and i never got money or fixed or anything. so i feel for you. you have a long and verry hard road ahead of you. good luck.
