I know an s14 intake mani will bolt up to an s13 ka my question is what accessory items (EGR, Fuel rail, IACV, throttle body, etc) FROM the s14 intake manifold will bolt up to the s13 intake manifold AND s13 wiring harness. I hope this isn't confusing to anyone.

I ask this because I am picking up a 95 ka motor and putting it into an s13 shell and I do not have a spare s13 KA to take parts off of. I will have to go purchase these items and I am hoping to save as much mulla as I can. Thanks for your help everyone.

I'm pretty sure it all swaps over.
The only difference I know of is that the S14 manifold won't have the butterfly valves inside like the S13 does. You'll lose some little bit of torque, but it isn't a big deal.

The 95 S14 has an extra plug on the TPS that the S13 doesn't have, and the IACV plugs might be different too, not completely sure. Also you'll have plugs on your S13 harness for the little air solenoids that operate the intake butterfly valves, which as Razi said, the S14 manifold wont have. Also the heater hose routing and coolant bypass hoses are slightly different, so you'll have to get a cooling circuit diagram for the KA and get a bit creative. Those are all the differences I can think of without having both manifolds sitting right in front of me.

How does egr work out? I've read that most people will just delete it when doing the swap but I would like to keep it since I'm in cali.

I'm bringing this back up since I can't get an answer. Will having an s13 harness on the s14 manifolds allow it to pass smog? My guess is no because of the egr canister and solenoid found on the back of the motor will no longer be there but just need some first hand experience here.

If you don't have all your emission related components you won't even pass visual.

I was referring more to the sniffer but that is definitely a good point. Lol
