What else needs to be purchased to complete the swap?

Motor, Trans, Un-cut harness, Maf, ECU, and Igniter Chip.

I know I'll need to buy a Radiator.. Intercooler.. I assume a BOV. I think that's it beyond the normal fluids and maintenance items.

As for a cooling setup, I'd do the stock S14 SR radiator (stock or upgraded), stock clutch fan, electric fan, and hoses.

I'm sure people will try to tell you otherwise, but I've had more success with with the above setup than ditching the stock clutch/electric fans and running dual electric fans with no shroud. The stock SR shroud/clutch fan WORKS WELL. The S14 KA electric fan will bolt right up to a S14 SR radiator.

Don't forget the hotpipe, which usually is not included in the FMIC kits.

I like the HKS SSQV bov on MAF cars.

Don't forget upgraded fuel pump and Z32 filter.

What chassis is this going into?

Nice. Sounds like a prime candidate. You'll be happy you went with a S14 SR in your chassis.

I promise I attempted to search but was unable to locate information. Probably using the wrong search terms.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to install a new clutch and flywheel, or have the stock flywheel re-surfaced, before you install the engine in the car. Also a boost gauge wouldn't hurt.

Try searching for s14 swap, and limiting the search to the sr20 rwd forum. Do 1 search in recent content, and 1 for archived content.
