Most headlight options for the zenki tend to be strictly DIY stuff.I much prefer clear lenses and corners so I've never looked or the ambers too hard. Yellow corner lights hit pretty hard too depending on your zenki's color.

By the way, welcome to NICO.

QFT, its what keeps the ricers away.

I run amber bulbs in my corners, they look a lot better than the yellowish factory bulbs, but Ive been thinking about picking up some amber paint to play around with.

Amber corners would be cool. I didn't know that was even a factory thing from any market.

Has anyone ever colored the housings on the lights? I had to replace a corner lamp because the lens was all cracked up and I didn't feel like puttin money down on clear lenses. Now I have the old one and thought about experimenting - black maybe? Color match to the body?

Don't paint them black to match the body, your car will look awkward, the headlights are meant to flow to the corners and back to the fenders.

Anyway - I liked the orange turn signals and corners for awhile...but then...I slowly...regretted it massively.

Think twice! And welcome to NICO.

Are you talking about the inside of the housings?

If that is what you are talking about then I have. The inside housings of my corner markers and my turn signals are black. Its not noticeable at a glance, but if you put my car next to a stock Zenki you can tell. I also blacked out some of the unused portions of the headlight housings. I dont really have any good pictures.

Kind of dark, but you get the idea.

I know this sounds crazy and for the love of god guys please don't go nutz with this and change the color of all the clear plastic on your cars, but, if you buy RIT clothing dye from walmart or any fabric stor and mix accordint to the lable and soak your corner lights, dome light lense or whatever you like in the dye mixture it will evenly and permanately tint the clear plastic that color. the catch.....PAY ATTN! the longer you soak it the darker the color you dont want to get carried away and make them too dark so watch it. I hope this helps

Wow, I actually ended up tinting mine amber. I dont even remember posting in this thread.

I used amber tint spray.

I had the reflectors painted gloss black already, so they came out kind of dark, plus the shadow adds to it, but they looked good. This picture was taken the week I sold the car.
