I just followed the S13 motor into the S13 chassis swap guide, the only major difference is the wiring.

i already have the motor. its just sittin around waitin for me to get the knowledge to drop it in

Why? For the VTC that gets deleted if you ever change cams? The S13 SR is simpler, the S14 is just for show.

Like I said, no major differences with the swap other than the wiring. I swapped mine over a weekend, waited a week for my wiring harness, and had it running a day later. Check out www.Heavythottle.com, they have a very good swap guide.
