You sure it's the complete rear subframe and not just an S13 diff itself?

S13 diffs(without bushings) directly bolt onto S14 Subframes.

Cancels out the diff bushings S14's use.

If it is an s13 sub frame the diff will have 2 bolts and 4 nuts holding it in, where as the s14 will have 2 bolts and 2 nuts, so tell us, how many nuts does your car have?

that is an s14 diff cover.s13 diff covers do have studs coming out, but you can remove the studs with visegrips.

if its an s14 diff cover then its not USDM, the USDM one has two studs. this has four bolts

Whatever it is, its not an USDM S14 subframe. I just put mine back in, and I could spend all afternoon pointing out differences.

I know there are special bushings that allow you to interchange S13 and S14 subframes.

Im wonder if that is a skyline rear subframe to match the diff.

Not entirely true. You need offset bushings, around 3/8 inch I believe. The s13 is narrower.
