S13 pass headlight problem...

I've had problems with this headlight before and have been able to solve the problem, but now it's intermittant. The headlight goes up but won't go down... sometimes. Other times it works fine. I already replaced the switch, the relay, and that lil blue thing behind the radio. Those parts are fine. I tested for power at the connector for the motor to be triggered to lower and it's not there. So, the signal isn't being sent to the light motor. Anyone know what this could be???

Thanks! Lotta good info in there... but all of my relays seem fine and my switches work properly. I already replaced the one relay in the box by the battery, so I doubt it could be that one... any ideas what else it could be?

They stickied nistechs attempt to solve your problem. the last thing was immediate wiring.

I know that thread. I think I have something different wrong now...

It started working again the other day, and then it stopped again. This is driving me nuts... I know I'm losing power to the motor on the "down" cycle... just don't know why...
