Okay, so I ordered some JDM mirrors from Panda Garage and they sent me what I believe is an S13 mirror switch to go along with the mirrors. I emailed them and they told me that it is for sure an S14 switch, well this is what they said:

That switch for sure is a S14 one. Please remember these are intend forJapanese cars, which are Right hand drive.BJ
This is the switch they sent me:

If you were to look at an S14 console, you would see that it would be oriented the wrong way if your on the left or right side of the vehicle.

S14 console

Once I get a descent amount of votes I shall emailed them back and see what they have to say, so please vote.

I'm pretty sure that's a 180sx switch. Maybe a later year one, hence them mistaking it for an s14? Idk, if it fits and works, who cares?

I'm pretty sure by NWN he means "North West Nissans."

Here's the write up I found with 2 seconds of google. Also, that's where I got that pic from.

The one you got is out of a 180SX. Panda Garage doesn't know what they are talking about. They shipped my wrong mirrors in the past before also. The shipped me S14 mirrors for my old S13 and said they were S13 mirrors in Japan. I know what S13 mirrors and S14 mirrors look like... They were 100% wrong, just like in this case. Ask for a refund or ask them to fix the problem. I just got a refund from them when I had that problem. Good luck, hope that helped.

My switch came out of s14, so yes it's possible. Panda Garage is a good place, so they'll take care of you.

They are sending me the S14 switch, but they lost the harness They sent me a picture of the back of it and it looks identical to the one that is in my S14 already, so what I wanna do is add the two wires that control the folding option to the harness that is already on the car. Only problem is that I have no clue how to do that I know it is possible, but can someone point me in the right direction?

Hey, you know what? I have an idea. You are looking for vertically oriented switch, right? I sold vertical switch with harness to wmdavis007. It was in very good condition without any scratches. It came out from Skyline though. I think they used those switches on many different Nissan cars. He owns vert, so he's going to install it on lower steering column cover just like I did on mine(see above pic). Last time I heard, he hasn't installed it yet. Originally, he wanted horizontally oriented switch, but I had only that one, so he took it. I'm going to email him about this thread, so if he's okay, you guys can exchange switches and problem solved.

But, did you send horizontal switch back to Panda garage?

Yes.... I have sent it back, but if he's down for the trade I'm sure Panda Garage will exchange it again at my charge of course, but no biggie. Hopefully he'll want to trade, if his has the harness of course Thanks 94_240sx

Hiya...it's me . I do still have the vertical switch and I haven't installed it. As long as the horizontal switch is in good shape and the wiring harness is with it I'm game to trade it. The switch 94_240sx sold me looks brand new...I just took the mirrors and stuff out of storage to start looking at doing the install last week. Soon as I go back to the shop I'll snap a pic of it just so you can see if you like it. I'm off work Mon. and Tues. so I hope to get over there then.
