so yeah i noticed today my car was boggng pretty bad so i brought it home and checked my plugs, black as night, so i changed my plugs and went for a test drive, same problem.

i noticed that black puffs of smoke were coming out of the tailpipe, but i remember this happening when i tried to plug one of the vac lines coming from the throttle body to the carbon canister, it had the same exact symptoms until i reattached the vac line and everything went back to normal, then one time i gapped my plugs wrong and the same symptoms showed up again.

recently, i had run the car for about a day or two with my air hose that goes from the TB to the cold pipe half off the TB and i wasnt boosting properly until i figured out the problem and put the hose back on properly. After this the bogging problem is back, my air hose has some cuts at the bottom so maybe its a vac leak again but i dont know.

im thinking about changing the fuel filter and seeing what that does, anyone have any suggestions?

Check the voltage on your coolant temp sensor.

Do you have any ECU codes?

Have you checked for boost/vacuum leaks?
