Well me and my friend were going down the interstate and when i would gun my car gray smoke would come out. When we got to my house we let it idle for 5min and the i quickly reved it up. The exhaust smelled like raw fuel? So i took the ecu out and it read a code 55 which is normal. Any ideas of thing to check. Please help

Burning coolant causes white smoke. If you rev your car at idle it will smell like fuel, all cars do. Do a compression and leakdown test to see if your headgasket is bad.

Yep check your fuel pressure, also, pull your spark plugs out and check the condition of them.

You will need a fuel pressure gauge. I would suggest pulling the plugs out again, if one of your injectors is stuck open that plug will be blackas night.
