This is a fairly big argument of debate, and lots of people do the pcv system differently.
I think the way the stock system works is fine. That is: PCV hose hooked up to the intake manifold, valve cover breather hooked up to turbo intake but after mafs. This system pulls a slight vacuum on the crankcase out of boost, and allows it to vent into the intake while in boost.
You don't want to get oil fumes on your mafs element! Some people claim the pcv will allow boost to pass it and pressurize the crankcase. I tested my pcv valve with an air compressor and it held enough pressure to balloon a vacuum hose. If you are running blow through, post back up and i'll make a recomendation.
