Rough shifting transmission

No its not automatic, its a five speed SR transmision, and lately its seems like its trying to jump out of gear when I shift fast from 2nd or 3rd, as I pull it out of gear it feels like its preloaded, and the car seems to jump, then it goes into the next gear just fine, it only does this under reasonable load so Im leaning twards bad engine/transmission mounts, but I wanted another opinion.

might also want to check that the clutch is engaging and disengaging properly.
