rotor fitment

will the z32 front rotors fit with the J30 fornt brake caliper upgrade? i think the z32 rotors are 3/4 of an inch larger than the stock J30 rotors but is that to much of a size differance?

J30: 11" rotor

z32: 11.75" rotor

The diameter of the Z32 and J30 rotors is the same, but the Z rotor will be about 8 mm thicker, which will cause the caliper not to fit over the pads and the rotor.

i thought the thickness was only about 2 or 3 mm. the z32 are 30mm and the J30 are 28mm. i've seen that stated in several places and 2 or 3mm is not enough to not work i believe.

Im not sure, I have never tried for myself, if the clearences on the caliper are loose enough, you may be able to squeeze the thicker rotor in.

or might grind down the pads a little
