NEVER!. new pics maybe this week i finaly wet sanded it and threw on another coat i f***ed up mad drippes but i dont really care its my everyday car.

but anyways

use the rustoluem paint. the glossy stuff tho.and grab the Mineral spirits its next to the laquer and thinner s***.

when you mix em first practice on a smaller object like a door tell you get the right mix but pretty much

mix like 60% mineral spirits. and 40% paint depending on how thick you want it. on certain areas where you want it to stick.

when you mix it do it little by little. dont rush it.and try to turn that droppy paint to mix like milk or beer. not too thin like water.

than yea layer to layer. first layer will always come out wet the roller you can see the lines than later on it will level out itself.

i agree, but A++ for effort. you should make it look like the AMS evo with the fighter plane scheme. it needs something to spruce it up thats for sure. i would paint the wheels ALL purple, piggy lip, and get some thick pin stripe to put where the factory line used to be. that will break it up a little bit. oh and some spacers for the rear, then itd be hot dropped on its nuts.

paint your wheels all purple, and put some black stripe where the factory stripe used to go. i guarantee you that would make the car. then find a piggy lip .

yes, with those poopy wheels, it is bland, but the paint itself looks to be well applied. nicely done.

if you're going to do another coat/sanding... why is there a sticker on the car already??

anyways, with some good wheels (bronze or white would really set off a grey like that) and a kit or at least a lip and slammed, car will look very nice.

edit: didn't even notice they were fn01s..... seriously, PAINT those suckers.... they might as well be steelies lookin like that.

yea i just got the car like 2 months ago still working on it little by little im getting more stuff for it. thinking about finding a kit or just the front lip its hard to get one.

i just ordered that wing you can see its not painted and i still have to finish putitng it on its the GP short wing that goes across the quarters too.

the wheels were really damaged thats why i painted them black and the offset is kinda horrible because of the tires their 245/40/17.

im trying to burn out those bad boys and planning on getting some 215?'sthen drop the car way more since i got them zeal coilovers =].

alot of people say its rattle canned really nice or primered grey.reason i picked the smokey gray is because its an easier color to do and also white. you cant see the mess ups. also i still need one more coat and buff the car in order to make it shinnier..

plans for the car.?smaller tires!kouki tail lights!from piggy!.re-tint the whole car includding the front windshield.!

btw. ill be leaving to the army in about 2 months ill be back in about 7 months from than on when i get back ill buy some really nice wheels and a new paintjob. =].

The gray actually looks pretty cool. There's only so many times you can see a red, blue, green car etc.. Variations of the norm are always cool
