Kind of pricey, but at least it's something. What price range are you looking for? And have you talked to any local shops to see what they could do?

A good quality roll cage is going to cost you at least $1000 installed. That means cold rolled seamless steel tubing, quality welds, and the proper gusseting. Anything cheaper, and I would not consider it safe.

steel is going to cost some dollors.. and what racing series do you want to run in.. then look at the rule book and see the size and type of steel you need...there is more to a cage then just piping

Post links. I want one too

BTW. Rally cages I buy from UK with FIA homologation are anywhere from $1500 to $2600 but they are A LOT more complex.

If you want to gauge the price of a cage just call a local steel supplier and ask the cost of x number of feet of the steel used. Just remember that the steel is but one part of hte cost.

Quality costs. Three areas you should NEVER shave cost is the Cage, your Belts. and your helmet. These are the things that saves lives every day at race tracks around the world.

If you can not afford the cost of a good cage then you can't afford to go racing.

Of course you could just weld it your self.

So I called Autopower and looks like they have a weld cage available.

It's just little confusing. First you buy a roll bar kit and then there's a add on front cage kit which makes it a a race legal 6 mounting point roll cage

What Im kinda not sure about is: "Autopower will choose tubing size when you place your order." If they are NASA ans SCCA legal then why different tube size?

Any one knows the required specs the cages for different sanctioning bodies?

GregPS. these are less than $900 so I guess pretty good price.

I don't know the Specs, but I would guess that when you tell them what rules you need to follow that will determin the tube size. The design may be ok with both but they require different tube size.
