There's tape included with the OEM one but it's just to keep the clips from marring your paint. It's not to actually mount the deflector.

Howdy Iron Clad, So... which OEM deflector did you end up going with? Did you pick up one from AutoZone or find another source.
If not AutoZone...can you provide a link? Are you satisfied with the quality and the look of the final installation?
Maybe even more important... does it serve the purpose of quieting your ride?

I got it right from the dealer...very satisfied with the look and install, and yes, with the moonroof open its almost complete silence!

Last week I took my first extended mileage trip (~900 miles round trip) and, while driving on the interstate, I noticed an intermittent low-toned whistling noise when I was driving at 80MPH or faster (as a point of reference, if you think about the flute/Mellotron sounds at the beginning of Strawberry Fields Forever, the sound was pretty close to the first six higher tones...which I believe is the note "B"). It sounded like it was coming from above me and to the left (i.e. top of drivers window/upper driver side of windshield area) although I'm not completely convinced it was related to the windows. I found this thread, though, and wondered if it might be my sunroof which does NOT have the wind deflector. Anybody else have this issue and, if so, have you been able to get it to stop?

I get this sound occasionally. Mine seems to emanate from the drivers door, but is intermittent. I had thought it was due to the window wind deflectors I installed, but it's no big deal.
