Is the new 2011 Rogue compatible with the iPhone 4? Meaning can I set it up so that I can use the phone, the mp3 and it keeps recharging at the same time?
The Aux plug won't do it, because that won't recharge my phone while it plays.
I didn't notice if there was a USB plug.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I haven't looked over the specs but I doubt there's a powered iPhone/iPod connector built-in.

Thank you for the rply. I am getting conflicting reports. Some say yes, some say no.
The 2011 Rogue manual, says it has a build in connector. But I guess it is an option.

Yes, the iPhone 4 works well with the provided cable from Nissan, it charges while plugged in, and you can use the stereo controls to navigate through songs in your phone :)

Thanks for your reply. What cable is that? I live in Taiwan, I am not sure where to find it.

Hello,
The 2011 Rogue S came with a cable that plugs into the central arm rest/storage box. Looking at the Nissan website, I guess it's called the "Interface System for iPod" Sorry I'm at work now and I can't attach a photo of the cable from my car. Good luck!!!

I have the iPhone 4 power/play option on my '11 rogue SV and I have used both the 2 ft cable the dealership provides which has USB 2.0 and the iPhone jack and a generic cable made by dynex. They work just fine. Make sure you get a cable that is made for data transfer and charging. If you didnt get one it probably means they forgot to include it before you bought your car. That or your radio is not iPod interface capable.

Thanks for all the replies. The rogue is a great car. I got a cable to charge my iPhone 4 with the power source (lighter) it's all good.
However I found out that the bluetooth in the car doesn't work with iPhone 4. Anyone successfully connected iphone 4 to the rogue bluetooth system? Thanks for all the help.

I can connect my iPhone 4 on my 2011 Rogue SV without any problem and it work perfectly for the phone.

However bluetooth is not working to let music play trough the speaker. Also using the iPhone cable to connect to the USB port I get an error message on the iPhone, but still the music play, with a few sound error.
