So this switches between programs on one ECU, or does it switch between two ECUs? I'd love to have a switch for winter (2nd gear) and summer (1st gear) TCUs.

NO, this is the SWITCHABLE SETUP that Robert offers with the ECU!

You can get upto 8 programs, its like having 8 different ECU's..

You could have say this program seutp

1. Stock2. Stage 23. Stage 34. Valet (limits RPM to 3000 and speeds to 60MPH)

YOu switch between those 4 or however many you have.

This swtich goes back to the ECU...

Whats the reason for 3000 RPM and 60 mph limit? Is that for when your guides have not yet been done? LOL

What exactly is the difference between the selections?

Its a valet program so that you can give your car to the valet guy and not have to worry about them hotrodding... I use this program to give it to repair shops in the rare occasion that happens, so they cant hotrod my car......

Stage 2 is our standard program, stage 3 is our maximum power program... Its all matter of timing advance.

There have been a couple of different types of switches that I've used.

1. ECUs with two or three programs have a toggle2. ECUs with four or more had a rotary switch at first, now there's a rotary/pushbutton with a little numbered window.

If you have the old rotary switch and want to upgrade you'll have to send me your ECU. Sorry about the change but I found a cheap source for the nicer switches.
