does anybody have a write up that shows me how to remove rear lower control arm and what size wrenches n sockets would i need

do i have 2 remove the hub completely 2 get the rlca off

No, just two 18mm sockets for the arm to chassis and then a 22mm socket for the ball joint nut. No need whatsoever to remove the rear hub if your're just taking off the RLCA. After you remove the two chassis to arm bolts the arm will swing down which will give you more room to get to the ball joint nut located under the spindle. Use a 3/4 wrench to hold steady the nuts while you remove the two 18mm bolts.

22mm ball joint nut. You can't see the two 18mm arm to chassis bolts but you can easily get to them.You can see one of the arm to chassis connecting points right above the jackstand.

Are you replacing the entire arm or are you just trying to get to the bushings?
