In what is a pretty unbelievable admission, the Mayor of Baltimore Stephanie Rawlings-Blake admitted in a press conference that she gave instructions for police to protect protesters, including “those who wished to destroy,” and to give them some space.

Now keep in mind that Baltimore told people that they needed to stay in a ball park because they couldn’t control the protesters. SO they illegally detained law-abiding citizens in order to “give space” to those wanted to criminally destroy Baltimore. Welcome to ObamaLand, everybody! Coming to a neighborhood near you!

Baltimore Police: Gangs Enter Partnership to ‘Take-Out’ Officers

WASHINGTON — The Baltimore Police Department says they have received a credible threat that numerous gangs have entered into a partnership to “take-out” law enforcement officers.

According to the department, they have received credible information that various gangs including the Black Guerilla Family, Bloods and Crips have entered into the partnership.

“Law enforcement agencies should take appropriate precautions to ensure the safety of their officers,” the departments says in a press release.

This threat comes after 25-year-old Freddie Gray was arrested for possessing a switch blade knife April 12 in Baltimore. According to his attorney, Gray died a week later in the hospital from a severe spinal cord injury he received while in police custody.

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Rev. Al Sharpton issued a statement Monday about Freddie Gray’s death and requests he says he’s received for involvement in the case.

“I have been asked by many in the Baltimore area since day one to get involved in the justice for Freddie Gray movement. Though I have discussed it on my daily radio and TV shows and been in touch with our NAN Baltimore chapter, I resisted personal involvement until we saw what the promised May 1 investigation report would bring.

I am saddened and disappointed that there now may not be a report released on May 1. It is concerning to me that a deadline that the police themselves had set and announced they have now conveniently changed. Therefore, I will come to Baltimore this week at the invitation or Rev. Westley West, who has led vigils daily there, along with local clergy, and morning radio show host Larry Young who has headed our Baltimore chapter of NAN for the last decade.

It is my intention to come and have a meeting with grassroots activists and faith leaders to schedule a two-day march in May from Baltimore to Washington. The march will bring the case of Freddie Gray, Eric Garner, Walter Scott, Eric Harris to the new Attorney General, Loretta Lynch. Ms. Lynch, in her new role that we all supported, must look and intervene in these cases. Justice delayed is justice denied.”

They burned down a community center under construction last night as well....something that was being built to help inner city poor people. In my view rioting and tearing down the city where you live is like sh!tting your pants just so you can sit in it all day. Idiots.

Baltimore's race baiting mayor has some 'splainin' to do after her comments yesterday. Obama, Sharpton, and Holder have set race relations 50 years backwards in this country, but then again, any thinking person would have seen that coming and not voted for that idiot.

i saw some clips of his funeral. it turned into a passionate, baptist speaking event where members of the clergy and community went on about not resting until "justice" was served. i just shook my head, as it kind of sounded an awful lot like they were condoning what was inevitably going to come.

CONFIRMED: Court records show Freddie Gray was receiving a structured settlement from Allstate Insurance and attempted to convert it into one lump sum in early March

EXCLUSIVE: The Fourth Estate has been told that Freddie Gray’s life-ending injuries to his spine may have possibly been the result of spinal and neck surgery that he allegedly received a week before he was arrested, not from rough excessively rough treatment or abuse from police.

The Fourth Estate has contacted sources who allege that Freddie Gray received spinal and neck surgery a week before we was arrested, and was allegedly receiving a large structured settlement from Allstate Insurance. The surgery is allegedly related to a car accident in which Gray was involved.

Sources allege that Gray also attempted to refinance his structured settlement into one lump sum payment through Peachtree Funding.

If this is true, then it is possible that Gray’s spinal injury resulting from his encounter with the Baltimore Police was not the result of rough-handling or abuse, but rather a freak accident that occurred when Gray should have been at home resting, not selling drugs.

The structured settlement from Allstate and Gray’s attempt to convert it into one lump sum payment has been confirmed by Howard County Circuit Court Records:




It is reasonable to believe that the injuries Gray suffered after the arrest were not related to the police’s treatment of him at all. Spinal and neck surgery is a large ordeal, and doctors advise weeks of bed rest and taking it easy in order to not rupture the patient’s recently fused spine.

If this is true, Freddy Gray decided to go out and ended up getting in a scuffle with the police instead of healing properly. The police didn’t mistreat him at all; he mistreated himself.

I see a 'career criminal selling drugs' in the media and i read it as 'entrepreneur operating an illegal market'.

Let me put it this way. I know a guy who has been selling A LOT of weed for over 10 years. He claims it all as 1099 misc income on his taxes. The cops raided his NEIGHBOR in the next apartment and have left him alone numerous times. Shows you what the government really cares about.

now the reports are saying that he was never in a car accident, but involved in some suit concerning his sister and him (or is it him and his sister?) being injured by exposure to lead paint.

there is also another prisoner who was in the van at the same time claiming that gray was purposefully throwing himself around the back of the van in an effort to possibly injure himself. he couldn't be entirely sure because they were separated by a metal partition.

I had my gun (ruger SR9) next to me the the entire week. Anyway...they let literally half of the detainees go without any charges. As of Tuesday, we had people partying in the street...for real...a real block party. Im sure the riots will be back up and going again soon now that the preliminary findngs have been released to the public.

Somebody knows the actual definition of equality. That young lady is part of a real solution to race relations. I hope she is not marginalized and persecuted by ANY groups because she hit a bullseye right there and we aren't going anywhere until more people begin to think like her. It sounds a lot like my distaste for things like affirmative action. The idea that black people need that leg up drives me crazy. On the one hand it possibly denies qualified people jobs, but it also casts doubt on black people in the workplace. Imagine working hard and landing a job because you were the best choice, but being written off as an "affirmative action hire." That would infuriate me. It does so for exactly the reason she correctly identified, it's racist AGAINST black people and incredibly condescending which is more repugnant to me that a bald-face white supremacist.

Dam, this girl really hit it on the head! You can see and marginalize the latter, but the former is hurting black people more than them in the name of "caring" about them, yeah, like helpless children.

This guy is certainly no friend to black people.

But neither is he and this guy and those like him are much more dangerous. The other guy hates you, but he breaks laws. This guy only sees you as a convenient device, but he makes laws.

If the people that champion that thinking really cared they wouldn't treat the symptoms, they would cure the disease, poverty, crime and the erosion of families and communities in the areas their target demographics come from. Any kid that grows up in safety and surrounded by positive role models and opportunity has a better chance than a kid that doesn't. It's not a black and white thing, it's a green thing.

We have black police and the Commissioner is black...nothing was said about that. Why were only white officers shown on tv?! The police union says the prosecutor has ties to Grey's family, but is refusing their request for a special prosecutor saying it is not needed. Yeah, that seems fair.
